This is the Terms and Conditions of EEA Remote Employment Services Ltd, trading as ¨EU Remote Jobs¨, registered number 698540. (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).

1. Introduction

EU Remote Jobs is an online platform dedicated to advertising remote job opportunities across Europe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

‘Job Board’ refers to EU Remote Jobs.
‘User’ refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Job Board, including job seekers and employers.
‘Job Posting’ refers to the advertisements for job vacancies posted by employers on the Job Board.

3. User Eligibility

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding age requirements for accessing and using our services. By using the Job Board, you represent and warrant that you meet any age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and conditions.

4. Account Registration

To post job ads or apply for jobs, Users must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Accounts must be created with an email associated with the company for which the jobs are being advertised.

5. Job Posting Guidelines

Employers can post job advertisements subject to the following guidelines:

Job postings must be accurate, non-misleading, and comply with applicable laws.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, discrimination, and illegal activities.
Job postings cannot display external links and application links should point to the company careers page or ATS.
Job postings remain active for a specified period and can be renewed subject to additional fees.

6. Fees and Payments

The Job Board offers the following pricing tiers:

€149 for a standard 30 day listing without logo.
€199 for a standard 30 day listing with logo.
€249 for a featured listing which is pinned and highlighted on the homepage and category pages.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, job listings can be published upon receipt of proof of payment.

7. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right to remove job listings while investigating complaints from candidates that the job listing is fraudulent. In such cases, we may request additional information from job posters to verify the legitimacy of the job offer.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Job Board in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. Prohibited behaviors include:

Posting false or misleading information.
Harassment, abuse, or threats to other Users.
Unauthorized use of another User’s account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Job Board, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EU Remote Jobs or its licensors. Users grant the Job Board a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content posted by Users.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. We use necessary cookies, including analytics cookies, to track the number of visitors to our website and their geographical locations. By using our website, you consent to the use of these cookies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Job Board is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EU Remote Jobs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

EU Remote Jobs does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall EU Remote Jobs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (even if EU Remote Jobs has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of the site, including, but not limited to, damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, or from any content posted on the site by EU Remote Jobs or any third party.

EU Remote Jobs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any job postings or other content, nor does it adopt, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party other than EU Remote Jobs.

Users are solely responsible for the content of their job listings and EU Remote Jobs shall have no liability for any claims arising therefrom.

EU Remote Jobs shall not be responsible for the performance of any job listing, including but not limited to low engagement or application numbers. Many factors can impact the performance of a job listing, such as employer brand, location restrictions, and salary transparency. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring high volumes of candidates access our website and that the site is fully functional.

In the event of any service outage, we may extend the job listings to cover the amount of time our website was down or inaccessible. This remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any service outage.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any User account at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Job Board constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
