You’ll join our small but rapidly growing team of telesales and customer support specialists to hit ambitious targets and DELIGHT our customers while maximizing revenue.
You must be:
Target driven – At least 3 months outbound telesales experience working to clear monthly/quarterly targets and a commission structure.
Persuasive in an empathetic, friendly, and positive way – you must be persistent but we want our customers to be HAPPY they spoke to you.
Able to work from a script but ADAPT – you’re used to adapting to the person you’re speaking to, building rapport, understanding their problems, why they called, and how we can help.
Responsible for your results – you’re a problem solver and a solutions finder NOT a complainer.
> Above market-rate salary, base hourly rate + monthly performance bonus.
> 4 weeks paid holiday per year.
