What you’ll do:
- Find brilliant candidates and close Middle/Senior-level vacancies (web3 positions, IT, sales, marketing, editorial) at warp speed while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Onboarding – we value the unicorns we find and work to ensure their successful adaptation within the company.
- Share your Recruiting wisdom and guide hiring managers.
- Train the team on candidate evaluation and planning.
- Dive into exciting HR projects when they come up.
It’s a perfect match if you:
- You’re a Web3 enthusiast who’s chosen recruitment as their journey, deeply immersed in the crypto realm. You’re set apart by your commitment to Crypto community, follow the trends and fluently converse in Web3 language with fellow enthusiasts.
- You’ve got at least 2 years of Recruitment experience.
- Your English is C1/C2, both in writing and speaking.
