Even though our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you are required to reside in Europe (continent) and have legal work eligibility within the country you will be based.


We are looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Partner with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our vibrant People team and be at the heart of our mission to build exceptional teams. From sourcing top-tier talent to orchestrating seamless hiring processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to continue growing in this field, as well as to shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy and make a lasting impact on our global growth.


You Will 

  • Build and implement end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Educate and guide interview panels to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment processes by tracking and analyzing key metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your craft and our recruitment strategies.
  • Embrace challenges with a self-starter can-do attitude, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.

You Must Have

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in full-life-cycle recruitment within the tech industry, ideally hiring for all type of profiles (not just tech or sales, for instance).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple end-to-end hiring processes independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic fully-remote organization.
  • Solid foundation in sourcing techniques, with a knack for uncovering hidden talent.
  • Ability at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying top talent, even in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.


It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring

  • Experience with Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, thriving in fast-paced and ever-changing settings.
