Your main responsibility in this role will be engaging and monetising our audience in Latin America and Spain using conversational channels.

You will work to create and experiment on chat experiences across the hubspot.es website and within the HubSpot app, working closely with cross functional teams across sales, marketing and product. Your expertise in the local market will be vital to develop conversion paths that are engaging and relevant across Latin America and Spain. The KPIs you will be measured on include qualified leads driven for the sales team and customer satisfaction scores, ensuring our chat is high performing and also providing a great user experience

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Develop and execute conversational marketing strategies that engage and delight our customers
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of our conversational marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and live agent sales team (ISC), to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create and manage chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational marketing tools
  • Identify new opportunities for conversational marketing and continuously optimize our approach
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in conversational marketing
  • Track and measure all results of your programs and be able to suggest next steps based on that data

We are looking for people who have a(n):

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English

  • Proven experience in setting up, delivery, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including copy writing and analysis
  • Analytical mind and a passion for
  • diving into data to inform decision-making
  • Experimentation mindset, using data and  research based insights to develop and prioritise marketing experiments
  • Experience developing strong cross-functional relationships and the ability to work with multiple teams
  • The ability to work autonomously and lead projects on your own, while also taking in guidance and feedback from leadership

Additional experience (a plus, but not required): 

  • Familiarity with the function of live chat & chatbots
  • History of working successfully with sales, services, and/or product teams
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Reporting experience (Looker, Amplitude)
