On a typical day as a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Tell the story of how F6S helps founders, startups, government and companies
  • Create, manage and amplify social media in the target market
  • Use and grow our organic social media reach to reach the right people in startups, companies, government and the startup ecosystem. We do not run paid campaigns.
  • Create, update, measure and improve impactful organic social media campaigns primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Measure the performance of your campaigns and use your analysis to improve performance
  • Plan campaigns including asset creation, copyrighting, getting releases as needed and scheduling posting Community engagement and moderation across social channels
  • Think of new impactful and compelling content areas and experiment within the branding and marketing strategy

Desired profile

  • At least 2 years of end to end experience in a social media marketing role
  • Experience delivering high-quality, high posting volume B2B and/or SME campaigns
  • Can implement branding and marketing strategy into social media campaigns, graphical materials, copy and social media user interactions
  • You can independently make high-quality social media visuals and text based on a brand style guide template
  • Extensive experience in making, measuring and improving organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn. Expert in B2B social media campaign management, campaign tools, metrics and analysis.
  • Organised and goal oriented to succeed in a KPI and results oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
  • Prefer experience running campaigns for startup founders, technology investors startup accelerators and/or others in the startup ecosystem, but happy to chat about other B2B/SME experience
  • Nice to have: being able to do basic remote video interviews, editing and posting them
