Overview

We seek a superstar Customer Success Manager who loves empowering our small and medium clients and help them succeed with UXCam.

In this role, you will work on new strategies and ideas for SMB customers with our vibrant CS Team and with strategic minds of other functions such as sales and product. You are highly empathetic; you go above and beyond to help customers, solve their issues, and empower them to use UXCam to their fullest potential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Being UXCam’s next super CSM, your main missions include but aren’t limited to the following:

  • Onboarding new Mid-market customers to make sure they become power-users
  • Implementing at-scale strategies to maximize customer retention and engagement
  • Negotiating renewals and upsells with SMB clients
  • Making customers and trials delighted by supporting them on the chat and via email
  • Being a bridge between users and the product team in case of any technical issues or questions
  • Turning customers into UXCam advocates
  • Organizing onboarding and know-how webinars
  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the product team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED AT THIS ROLE
  • C1 level of English or above
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success
  • Good solving problems skills
  • Being people-oriented and willing to help
  • Approach to taking ownership and making things done
  • Being well organized and able to work on multiple different projects at once
  • Being passionate about startups and technology
  • Previous experience with low-touch customer success
  • Additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Being detail-oriented
  • Experience with tools like Hubspot, Planhat, Intercom, or similar will be a plus
