Candidates with a recruitment background are vastly preferred.

This is a fast-moving environment where everything you do makes an impact on the business.

A few things to clarify:

This is a flexible remote role either on a part-time or full-time basis.
This is a contract role where you will be self-employed.
The role is split between inbound B2C sales and lead gen B2B business development.
Depending on your performance and strengths this will likely evolve over time.
You will be expected to generate B2B leads and develop partnerships with companies who offer coaching to their employees.
The B2B opportunity is huge and the commission is incredibly generous in light of starting off this division.
The progression opportunities are wide open for the right candidate who comes in and essentially helps us build this reveneue stream.
You will be delivering up to 12.5 hours of B2C inbound sales calls each week. The B2B is results-driven and up to you to schedule.
Consultative selling style while being a strong and proven closer is essential.
We are looking for someone who isn’t a clock watcher, this is a target driven role.
You will be working in a team remotely, but obviously alone physically.
You will need to be focused and able to follow our sales process step by step, with the ability to listen and close business consistently.
Training is intensive, we have a full onboarding process and guide, you will be expected to listen to training calls and dive into why we are a market leader and what we offer, which is complex and requires someone who is interested in the subject matter of coaching.
An autonmous work style and self-sufficiency are highly important.
You won’t be hand-held and won’t want to be.
But you will be rewarded with a basic and uncapped commission on top.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running and an immediate start is preferred for training and onboarding purposes.

The essentials:

A highly professional phone manner, email manner and working style is expected.
A proven track record in telephone sales is crucial, minimum 5 years.
Ideally you have corporate experience and have a professional and efficient manner in everything you do.
Time zone is London. We are looking for someone to cover morning, afternoon or evening shifts.
This is a contractor role.
Minimum commitment is 12 months.

Can you balance listening, being present while still handling objections and closing? Our style of sale is highly consultative, so we don’t ask for a decision on the call, but a great call will often end with someone excited to get started with our service.

Technical Skills Required

• Experience in Google G-Suite / Google Drive or Microsoft Office
• Experience with using CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) – if you don’t know what it is go on their website before the interview
• Experience navigating social media platforms
• Excellent general computer, time management and scheduling skills
