Service designers at Insights use design as an approach to solving problems across the business – supporting teams to design and deliver solutions that are consistent, purposeful and delightful.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about experiences, digital transformation and solving problems.
What you need to be successful in the role:
• Solved a problem either for a customer or internal staff using design as an approach
• Been part of a team working on digital transformation
• Developed or refined a service that supports a product
• Designed customer facing experiences that happen across multiple channels
• Are familiar with visualising tools like Miro or Figma
