Who we are

Remote work is one of the great equalizers of our time, allowing people to secure employment opportunities from companies around the world, no matter where they were born or where they live. Omnipresent does just that.

We are a customer-focused global employment services partner that can help companies grow their teams in more than 155 countries and territories around the world. How do we do that? Well, through our SaaS platform, OmniPlatform. We help companies (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with hiring global teams remotely, by managing employee onboarding through to offboarding, including legal and compliance, payroll, expenses, and health and benefits.

We also practice what we preach! We are a fully remote company which means we have no head office. Our team of more than 150 people is located in more than 50 countries and territories around the world. This means you can work from anywhere. We provide benefits and support in any global location just as we would for our clients and their remote teams.

What will you do? (The role)

  • Own our GTM technology stack and strategy.
  • Operate account distribution and lead sourcing technology and processes.
  • Own, implement and support critical revenue systems such as Dealhub CPQ, Salesforce, Goodfit, Planhat, Count, Tableau and their interaction with our internal platform.
  • Work cross functionally to enable new GTM strategies, launch new products and harmonise our GTM function.
  • Own our GTM technology budgets, negotiations and renegotiations with suppliers.
  • Own our GTM reporting and enable GTM leaders and wider team members to self-serve their own reports.
  • Own and execute various comp plans for GTM teams including initial calculations, alignment with financial plans, creation of personalised calculators and documentation and communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM Leadership Team.

What are you great at? (Previous experience)

  • Building new technical processes from scratch and finding ways to optimise and automate.
  • Documentation, enablement and cross-functional working.
  • Communicating effectively and advising leadership teams, coupled with a track record of skillfully navigating negotiation discussions
  • Finding ways to simplify complexity and taking a ‘user journey’ perspective.

You’re the kind of person who… (Requirements)

  • Thrives in a startup/scaleup environment where change is constant.
  • Is excited to get their hands dirty and build and support new processes.
  • Finds a way to optimise and automate processes whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Is obsessed about documentation and enablement – this is critical in a remote working environment.
  • Finds creative ways and new technology and suppliers to solve business critical problems.

What would make you really stand out? (Bonus points)

  • Hands on experience with Dealhub, Goodfit.io, Salesforce, Planhat, Count and Tableau.
  • Experience working in a remote, cross functional environment, interacting with Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal and other stakeholders.
  • Experience finding new, innovative ways to identify and target new prospects, customer profiles and segments
