YOUR CHALLENGES
  • As part of our People & Culture team, you ensure smooth processes in our hyper-growth phase, by taking our day-to-day operational support to the next level and further developing our on-boarding & off-boarding processes
  • You create international employment contracts, salary adjustments, references, and certificates and lift our administrative processes to the next efficiency level, e.g. through process automation
  • You set up useful policies, employee guidelines and make sure our internal information sources function in a global context
  • You are our bonus specialist and prepare all bonus and commission contracts in cooperation with the management
  • With your help, we ensure a smooth start for our internationals, e.g. by finding solutions for complex visa topics
  • No detail escapes you, you evaluate personnel data, prepare personnel controlling and create presentations
  • You are allowed to express yourself creatively and help organize the cool team and company events, both virtually and in-person
  • Also, do you want to be at the cutting edge of the people & culture topics? No problem, because you will work on various projects
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have completed a degree or training with a focus on human resources or have already gained valuable professional experience in the field
  • You already have 3+ years of experience in personnel administration, in the best case in a fast-moving environment
  • You are fit in labor law and know contract administration very well
  • You love working in an international team and enjoy working in English and German
  • Your communication skills and positive charisma make you the first point of contact for our colleagues in personnel-related matters
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to deal professionally with our employees and business partners
  • You are an organizational talent with a strong service orientation and are open to new challenges
  • In addition, you are flexible and reliable and work independently as well as in a team
  • MS Office is no problem for you and you are familiar with new media
