Join our Delivery team as a Technical Customer Success Manager! You will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs and creating tailored solutions, serving as a subject matter expert. Among other duties, your responsibilities will also extend to providing guidance and training, all aimed at delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What will you do? 🧭

  • Oversee the whole customer journey: onboarding, account management activities, gathering feedback, and others.
  • Ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products and services.
  • Provide technical support and trainings for customers.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, and plan for renewals for existing customers.
  • And last but not least, build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio.

Must haves 🔥

  • Technical background either as AWS Cloud Engineer/Architect or AWS Solutions Architect (knowledge of AWS stack is necessary) is a must.
  • Experience facing customers and overall customer centric mindset.
  • Experience working in security industry, familiarity with security products.
  • Ability to deliver technical information effectively to different types of stakeholders.
  • Confident communication in English (C1), and great presentation skills.
