Our Enablement Team sits within the Revenue Operations and Enablement function and is responsible for Revenue Team training and onboarding as well as communication and planning across multiple departments, such as Marketing and Product. The Enablement Coordinator will work closely with the Enablement Manager as well as the rest of Revenue Leadership to ensure overall effectiveness and productivity of the Revenue Team. This will include a variety of projects like planning team competitions, assisting in weekly kickoff meetings or preparing our quarterly awards ceremonies. As we begin gearing up for more events (both virtual and in-person), this role will be heavily involved in planning and executing on those events.

What we need your help with:

    • Coordinating onboarding logistics specific to new Revenue Team members
    • Planning Revenue Management Offsites and All-Revenue Offsites
    • Assisting in putting together Quarterly Awards Ceremonies for the Revenue Team
    • Preparing weekly kickoff meetings and quarterly all hands meetings
    • Building out a plan for President’s Club
    • Organizing team social events and team competitions
    • Aiding in planning for our Customer Advisory Board meeting

What we look for:

    • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of attentiveness to detail
    • Quick learner that thrives in a high growth, dynamic environment
    • A self-starter who actively seeks new projects to work on
    • Strong time management skills
    • Experience in SaaS Sales, Recruiting Industry or Events planning preferred but not required
    • Passion for learning and development of others
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
