We’re looking for a Recruiter who has experience hiring for HR and People positions who’ll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience during our recruitment process. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who’ll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone who’ll play on our team at one goal — to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut 🏆

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing team
  • Utilising your understanding of HR and People professionals to find the best HR talent globally
  • Building and utilising a network of HR and people professionals globally
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
  • Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
  • Facilitating a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates for future needs
  • Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
  • Driving the offer process and closing candidates
  • Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
  • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
  • Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

 

What you’ll need

 

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for HR and people roles globally
  • Knowledge of different roles across HR and People functions, from Payroll Specialists to Learning & Development Managers
  • An understanding of how HR teams and departments are structured in multinational organisations
  • Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

 

Nice to have

 

  • An existing network of HR professionals in Europe and, ideally, globally
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup and/or fintech
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Direct experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, and/or People roles
