The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific EMEA by managing key projects aligned with the EMEA regional strategy. Specific responsibilities include strategic and operational planning and governance, process improvement, business analysis, organizational design, change management and development of business transformation programs.


  • Manage the design, planning and execution of key projects aligned with the EMEA regional strategy.
  • Develop project plans outlining scope, work activities, timelines, roles and resources. Lead implementation teams, including local country and functional representatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop change management strategies and tactics.
  • Develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs) to gauge project effectiveness.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal and external resources.
  • Develop recommendations for globalization of technologies and products.
  • Foster communities of practice using collaboration tools.
  • Raise issues and remove barriers to team progress.
  • May manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Establish and support a continuous improvement work environment.



  • A Bachelor’s degree plus 4-6 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project management experience with strategic business initiatives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required (up to 30%).
  • Must be able to work in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of change management practices with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead others in project and program management.
