We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our travel management software suite, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and ensuring that our products align with the needs of our B2B clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Work closely with the development team during the agile development process, providing clarifications and making timely decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in our product offerings.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or features from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.
- Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel management processes is a plus.
