The role

We seek a full-time Product Marketing Manager (or User Engagement Manager, CRM Manager) to lead our initiatives in orchestrating the user journey, enhancing retention/revenue, and managing direct communication channels to our users.

This strategic role will oversee all aspects of user engagement, from conducting AB tests to refine user interactions to developing loyalty programs that enhance user satisfaction and business performance.

This is a fully remote role in a 100% remote company.

  • Enhance Retention and Revenue: Execute initiatives to boost retention and revenue.
  • Manage Communication Channels: Own push notifications and email strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work with marketing and design to develop impactful campaigns.
  • AB Testing and Optimization: Oversee AB testing to improve engagement.
  • Cultivate Customer Loyalty: Develop programs to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Work Agile: Join a motivated, innovative, lean team of experts (including us, the founders).

What we’re looking for

  • App User Engagement Expert: Analytical, data-driven, strategic, and understanding of business dynamics. You know how to grow an app globally by millions.
  • Experienced: Proven track record in enhancing user engagement and driving growth for consumer apps.
  • CRM and Analytics Proficiency: Strong skills in CRM software, data analytics tools, and modern marketing platforms.
  • Bar Raiser: Motivated by progress and growth. Bold and creative in solving engagement challenges.
  • Quick and Adaptable: Embraces new conditions. Ready to pivot and take action.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of detailed analysis and high-level strategy shaping.

What’s required

  • Product Marketing expert: 3+ years experience in managing CRM, user engagement, and customer experience for a consumer app. Bonus for dating app experience.
  • Excellent English: Minimum C1 level.
  • Remote work experience: Ideally, in an international team.
  • Strong with numbers: Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Growth mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-driven: You work well alone or as part of a team.
