We’re seeking a Content Product Manager with over 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments and strong technical background. In this role, you’ll optimize different aspects related to content in Hellotickets like user engagement and SEO, content translations and content generation using AI tools, content validation and quality assurance, content workflows and automations.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Work with data and your creativity to find new solutions to increase content team efficiency, traffic acquisition, and user engagement. Specifically:

  • Manage and implement key initiatives in content management: content formats, assisted generation, assisted translation

  • Develop and implement strategies to audit the performance of content and detect issues (translations, broken links, missing images,…)

  • Lead design and UX changes aimed at improving SEO and user engagement.

  • Coordinate testing of new features with stakeholders (provide instructions, set expectations on what should be tested, consolidate feedback and bring back to developers)

  • Understand user needs; detect & define product requirements

  • Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria

  • Test new features yourself in a staging environment.

  • Create Jira tickets (user stories) to be actioned by developers, and answer questions on such tickets to ensure smooth delivery of work for testing

What you need to succeed: 

  • Experienced in B2C e-commerce or marketplace

  • Strong technical background.

  • A key understanding on A/B testing and experimentation plus UX best practices

  • High creativity to find new solutions to increase conversion

  • Growth mentality

  • 100% oriented to conversion rate improvement

  • Very strong data analysis capabilities

  • Excellent written and spoken English – all communication is in English

  • 4+ experience in product management experience oriented to A/B testing and
