Duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.
- Responsible for the social trading platform.
- Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience.
- Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives.
- Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
- Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly.
- Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Development role.
- Experience in the same industry is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and Data-oriented.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Great time management, organizational, and planning skills.
