Brainly is looking for Data Analysts to join our teams. As a Data Analyst dedicated to Product you will cooperate closely with engineers and designers to create the best experience for 350+ mln Brainly users all over the world. Now, we’re looking Data Analyst for the Community team.

The Community Product team builds products that empower students to become community experts and scale their knowledge to our global audience. We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help us transform data insights from our most active users and moderators contributing to the Community into actionable recommendations to build the next generation of products and tools. As part of the team, you’ll help us understand their motivations and actions by exploring large data sets and designing experiments in order to define untapped opportunities that can deepen engagement with Brainly’s most valuable users while ensuring the overall safety, quality, and trustworthiness of our platform.

To help you deliver that, you will become an integral member of our data-driven and user-oriented data analysts community, ready to give support and share knowledge whenever needed.   • Working with Community Managers and other team members on building the next generation of products and tools that support content moderation and community management
  • Identifying gaps in current data structures and reporting and finding opportunities for the new data products dedicated to Community Team
  • Supporting Product and Business Owners in their decisions about product development by collecting and analysing data
  • Preparing measurement specifications for new features in cooperation with Engineers
  • Defining KPIs and measurement plans, creating reports and dashboards
  • Working with the Product team to ideate, create and launch AB tests



Experience, skills and systems:

  • Required:
    • at least 2-3 years of experience on a data analyst position
    • Working knowledge of SQL
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
    • Excellent data presentation and visualisation skills
    • At least basic knowledge of statistics and AB testing methodology
    • Google Sheets/Excel
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in using BigQuery for raw Google Analytics data processing and analysis
    • Python
    • Tableau or other data visualisation tool
    • If you have experience in at least one of the following, it’ll be considered an asset:
    • Experience in market or UX research
    • Experience in working as a data analyst in a Scrum Team


  • Analytical skills: drawing conclusions from data and proposing recommendations
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
  • Demonstrates independent thinking when evaluating critical information to reach conclusions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions



Salary: 10 000 – 14 000 PLN gross (employment contract) (for candidates located in Poland)

Start date: as soon as possible (however, we’re happy to wait for the right person)
