As a PMI Manager, you will join our growing Finance and M&A team in order to support our acquisition strategy and meet our ambitious goals. You will focus on creating and implementing cross-functional acquisition integration roadmaps and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to building an integration playbook that any integration project can refer to.
This role reports into the Director of Finance.

Within 1 month:

    • Master our unique Convexity culture and internal tools & processes
    • Understand our product offering through training
    • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets
    • Set your first OKRs

Within 3-6 months:

    • Participate in due diligence processes for prospective deals to understand integration requirements and help build roadmaps
    • Create and execute comprehensive integration plans and processes for acquired businesses comprising a detailed timeline, milestones, and deliverables
    • Contribute to the development of KPIs, help monitor the performance and report on the integration process, value creation and risk mitigation
    • Facilitate transparency and communication among executives and functional teams (incl. Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR) of 360Learning as well as acquired businesses

Within 12 months:

    • Be responsible for the execution of the integration and the delivery of integration milestones and synergy plan
    • Work with functional teams to continually improve ‘playbooks’ and standardize integration approaches

The Skills Set

    • Alumni of business or engineering school
    • 3-4+ years in project management (ideally post-merger integration experience) working for a top management consulting firm or an M&A team of a similar organization
    • Demonstrated ability to drive and implement cross-functional processes in a changing environment and hyper-growth company
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a data-driven environment
    • Rigorous, efficient and organized
    • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
    • Enthusiasm for our culture
