We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pipedrive CRM Specialist to join our team. As the Pipedrive CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes and maximizing the potential of the Pipedrive platform. Your expertise in Pipedrive customization, configuration, and integration will contribute to enhancing our sales, marketing, and delivery operations.

What would be your responsibilities, you ask?

    • Be wholly accountable for, administer, and maintain the Pipedrive CRM platform to ensure its optimal performance, data accuracy, and user accessibility
    • Customize and configure Pipedrive to align with our specific business requirements, workflows, and sales processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions within Pipedrive
    • Work with our sales and conversions team for CRM hygiene, to ensure all required data is complete and accurate
    • Develop and manage CRM automation, custom fields, workflows, and integrations [via integration with our internal reporting and resource-management tools] to streamline data flow and enhance overall efficiency
    • Provide training and support to team members on Pipedrive usage, best practices, and new features
    • Regularly monitor and analyze CRM data to generate insightful reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM processes and implement solutions to drive continuous enhancement
    • Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in Pipedrive and CRM technology to recommend and implement relevant improvements
    • Collaborate with the Pipedrive customer success team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth CRM operation
    • Maintain data integrity and security within the CRM system, adhering to relevant data protection and privacy regulations

You will stand out if you have:

    • 4+ years of proven experience as a Pipedrive CRM Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful CRM implementations and optimizations
    • In-depth knowledge of Pipedrive functionality, customization options, and third-party integrations
    • Proficiency in CRM data management, automation, workflows, and reporting
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Stakeholder management – to reach out to individuals and teams for obtaining details about each lead
    • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM systems
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data
    • Experience with other CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
    • Relevant and similar CRM certifications are a must
