Position Overview

We are looking for an analytical Paid Media Specialist to help grow both paid social media and Google Ads campaigns for Hometime in the Airbnb property management space. The objective is to scale our homeowner base who are looking for Hometime to manage their homes on Airbnb and help them maximize their earnings through our services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, Bing, and other ad platforms. We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the data and looks for opportunities to improve our campaign performance. This person will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the rest of the Homeowners marketing team to execute on the strategies to help the overall business achieve the targets.

Responsibilities:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Building out ad campaigns for various ad platforms (paid social media, Google ads, video and display ads, etc.) and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
    • Developing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns from conception to launch
    • Reporting, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
    • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant team members
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and platform updates
  • Works with the team to build out campaign landing pages and optimise conversion rate on an on-going basis
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance
  • Works closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns and contribute to strategies to reach targets
  • Continually optimise campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, design, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Proven experience in paid media, and/or running digital marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or other related discipline, or related field experience:
    • Google AdWords Certified
    • Bing Ads Certified
    • Google Analytics Certified
    • PPC experience preferred
  • Experience utilising the following ad platforms: Facebook, Google Search, Twitter, Google Display, YouTube
  • Familiarity with Excel and working with formulas, Pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
  • Ability to work remotely and have a self-starter mentality
