Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Technology Partnership Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with technology partners, managing partner programs, and ensuring the smooth execution of joint initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for fostering successful partnerships in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management:
Initiate, develop, and nurture partnerships with technology companies, startups, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential partner opportunities aligned with our business goals.
Maintain a comprehensive database of partner contacts, agreements, and program details.
Regularly communicate with partners to share updates, insights, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Program Coordination:
Design and manage partner programs, including joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and product integrations.
Coordinate the execution of partnership activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and alignment with company objectives.
- Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with partner representatives, fostering a sense of collaboration and trust.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor the progress and success of partner programs, tracking key performance metrics and outcomes.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in partnership initiatives.
Generate comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing partnership activities and impact.
- Contract and Agreement Management:
Assist in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are clear and aligned with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and legal documents related to partnerships.
- Market Research and Industry Insights:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Share relevant market insights with internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
-Proven experience (2 years) in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the technology sector.
-Strong understanding of technology trends, products, and services.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools.
-English native speaker
-Place of residence; Europe
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Negotiation and contract management experience is preferred.
