We are looking for a motivated Middle Data Analyst who will be the vital link between information technology capacity and business objectives. Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of the analysis, building, testing, and deployment tasks.

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Background in writing compelling user stories aligned with all stakeholders
  • Skills in big data technologies like Spark, Databricks
  • Know-how in SQL, Python, or other programming or data-processing languages
  • Hands-on experience with Great Expectations, PyDeequ, TalendDQ or Data lake technologies in general
  • Expertise in working in an Agile/Scrum environment (and tooling, e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Nice to Have:

  • Grounding in developing innovative (backend) solutions
  • Knowledge of the healthcare standardization and interoperability field

English level:

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with one or multiple squads on one or various products, possibly products with customer-facing UI
  • Gather and refine requirements from international stakeholders to build better data models, advance data processing and visualization capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications that design, data engineering, and development teams can work on
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes, enhance data flows, and improve overall efficiency
  • Utilize various tools to analyze, understand, and reconcile data, thereby enabling further migration from our current tech stack onto modern technologies
  • Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Create and maintain product documentation, perform user training
