Your role in a nutshell:

You’ll work closely with Sales/Client Managers and salespeople to increase efficiency and productivity, enhance sales performance, and ultimately drive revenue. The purpose of this role is to help equip sales people with the knowledge, resources and tools they need to sell more effectively in the modern age.You’ll assist in the creation and curation of content, training and coaching services for salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head Growth Operations, this person will:

  • Support the Head of Growth Operations on the creation and deployment of appropriate training, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force
  • Support service offering launches by preparing and enabling sales to understand and sell our solutions, clearly demonstrating the outcomes they drive
  • Support the learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination
  • Build a  library of sales content to help Sales Teams on their new business pursuits
  • Additional adhoc sales team support as and when required

Sales Training

  • Assist Head of Growth Operations where applicable roll out sales process and methodology training to new and existing team members
  • Support Head Growth Operations curate relevant artefacts for new Service Offering launches and co ordinated the supporting training

Content Development & Curation

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand needs and requirements, helping to create a backlog of the highest priority content required to equip sales to do their job as effectively as possible
  • Liaise subject matter experts and Service Offering Owners to ensure created content clearly articulates what we sell, the outcomes we drive and the business impacts K+C drive
  • Content development for sales teams to leverage, including but not limited to: Case Studies, One Pagers, Win Themes
  • Provide input and recommendation on how to continually improve content to be more compelling to a buyer and easier to use for a seller – including content and design
  • Curate the Sales Demand Portal of shared content to assure content is accurately named, indexed, tagged, available and discoverable to all Sales
  • Share analytics and visibility into Sales engagement to optimise content for impact.

Sales Ceremonies

  • Support Head of Growth Operations to facilitate Sales focused meetings and training, including but not limited to:  Sales summits, quarterly business reviews, new hire sales training and onboarding, ad hoc Demand team and training events.

The person we’d love to meet:

  • Skills in designing and developing compelling content across multiple formats (PPT, Keynote, Slides, Docs)
  • Expertise developing and curating sales content
  • Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent English Language skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
  • Thrive in dynamic, complex and ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
