About the Marketing Programs Manager position at Showpad


Are you passionate about growth?  Is pipeline generation your jam?  Do you really get excited about owning & developing a regional marketing plan to increase our footprint in the UK & Nordics region? Are you a pro at aligning with your Sales & SDR peers? We are looking for an innovative & experienced marketing manager to develop and execute a strategy to grow the demand generation pipeline.


Collaboration is key in this role.  You will partner with Sales, SDR’s, Enablement, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Success, our Digital team and the broader Global & Regional marketing team to ensure we achieve our demand generation goals.


Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Programs Manager at Showpad

  • Work closely together and align with the rest of the regional & global marketing team, Northern Europe Sales, Business Development Reps & Customer Success to develop a regional marketing plan & meet pipeline & booking targets.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing & a heavy focus on our Enterprise segment with Account Based Marketing programs
  • Identify target audiences for specific campaigns and tailor programs and messaging accordingly
  • Regional Events management & execution of own & sponsored events like tradeshows, be it virtually or physically
  • Manage local webinar programs: plan topics, secure speakers and create promotional content that will drive registrations and attendees
  • Manage email campaign requests to support regional activity or follow-up on global roll-out + results
  • Monitor spend against budget and track the success of your full funnel; so that we can measure and ensure a return on marketing investment
  • Manage outsourced lead generation & agency activities as required


Required Skills for a Marketing Programs Manager at Showpad

  • 4+ years B2B demand generation experience
  • English excellent written & verbal skills are must
  • Proven experience managing a wide mix of marketing programs
  • Adaptability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Excellent team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working as part of a global team
  • Proactively bring new innovative ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration – think differently and execute exceptionally
  • Proven success in managing external vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Experience working in the Tech industry is considered an advantage
  • Marketing Tech expertise: Webinar tools, SFDC and Marketo preferred
