Responsibilities

  1. Ecommerce Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • DTC Campaign Management:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor Direct-to-Consumer campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analytics:
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytical tools to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Development:
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing collateral tailored for ecommerce and DTC channels.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present insights and results in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  1. Experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on ecommerce and DTC.
  • Track record of successful campaign management and achieving performance targets.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language:
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Location:
  • Open to remote candidates or those local to Dortmund, Germany.
