Overview
We are currently looking for a holistic person who can approach different marketing activities. This person will be in charge of outreach, deal making, negotiating, forecasting and analysing content in all social media platforms.
This person will also be in charge of creating media partnerships with different local media: including outreach, negotiating and deal making; creating content plans and sending the content for the media to publish. Analysing performance is key to optimising.
This person will be in charge of influences: both in-house and external.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and monitoring of performance for all external marketing activities in Dutch language for written content and social media content. (Guest posting in media outlets in Dutch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, etc.)
- Budgeting and negotiation with different media partners in order to ensure best possible deals for Finixio
- Designing content plans for written and video media
- Interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4years of professional experience in a similar role within the crypto/gambling industry
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Content, Influencer and even PPC
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Measurable experience of crypto social media marketing and community building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
