We are a growing and dynamic team of professionals and serve customers across all sectors in over 50 countries globally. A well-designed site search solution helps companies in improving online sales conversion and customer satisfaction, and decreasing customer support costs through easier and more accurate information discovery. Site search is a well under-utilized opportunity for vast amounts of companies across the globe, and we are seeing a growing interest in this space.

We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to accelerate our growth. Additionally to taking the overall responsibility of reaching marketing goals, you will be a hands-on professional with a strong demand generation experience. You will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and will lead the marketing team.

As our Marketing Lead, you will

  • take overall responsibility of the company’s marketing – creating plans, setting goals and reaching them
  • be working on developing demand generation, especially concentrating on content marketing efforts
  • create and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns with the aim to generate quality leads for the sales team
  • develop our content marketing strategy – Identify what kind of content attracts our target customers, as well as find the right channels to reach them throughout different funnel stages
  • create, publish, and promote various relevant marketing materials, e.g blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, webinars, etc.
  • be in charge of implementing AddSearch social media communication develop AddSearch brand awareness and exposure support our sales efforts by creating materials for all stages of the sales cycle, like slide decks, whitepapers, videos, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 6 years of experience in marketing overall.
  • Experience in leading a team, as well as setting, measuring, and reporting marketing KPIs.
  • Strong background in content marketing and demand generation
  • Growth mindset
  • Native or very fluent English
  • Fluency in another major European language is a plus
  • You can work anywhere in the world, but we prefer Finland or other European countries due to timezone.
