At DeepL, we’re embarking on an exciting adventure to build out our People & Culture team to match our ambitious growth plans. At the heart of this journey is our Talent Development & Culture team, focused on enhancing employee experiences and fostering a culture of development. As the Leadership & Development Manager at DeepL, you will be the architect behind our learning and development strategy at DeepL. Your work will inspire and enable our leaders in how they manage their teams and will empower our employees to develop and thrive.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and deliver our Leadership programs that support our employee lifecycle and enhance our culture

  • Develop a first time leads program and new leads induction program ensuring best in class

  • Responsible for our Leadership Community and their learning experiences

  • Design and deliver our programs with a digitally led mindset

  • Manage our individual learning curriculum to inspire our company values that support the rollout of company wide skills

  • Implement and track internal measures to understand our learning data and create action plans for any improvements that are required

Qualities we look for

  • Have previous Leadership Development experience as part of a wider Talent Development / L&D background

  • Have knowledge of external suppliers in this space

  • Be confident in delivery, as well as capable of overseeing delivery of programmes via external providers and internal teams

  • Have experience of program design, with the ability to conduct needs analysis to inform strategy

  • Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
