If so, consider joining us as a Junior Purchase and Accounting Manager. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Europe.
YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY.

- Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for tracking contracts and renewals.
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate discussions regarding contract renewals and new agreements.
- Handle company accounts related to purchasing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Manage financial aspects of co-working space memberships and related expenses.
- Identify and set up global accounts for services such as Uber, Freenow, etc.
- Take charge of contract management, including addressing stakeholder inquiries.
- Execute accounting duties, including collecting, preparing, and booking invoices.
- Conduct cost control tasks, covering contract and project expenses.
YOUR MINDSET & EXPERIENCE.

- Possess project management abilities to effectively oversee tasks and timelines.
- Showcase organizational prowess to maintain structured financial records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data management.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration.
- Embrace teamwork and display good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English. Knowing some German is a plus, but not a must.
- Ideally, 1 to 2 years of relevant experience through jobs, internships and/or apprenticeships.
