eCommerce owners face two major barriers to growth – accessing growth funding for inventory or marketing and acquiring customers profitably. Wayflyer uses data to solve both of these challenges, giving store owners insights on how best to acquire customers online (this is currently free) and funding these businesses with short-term finance (not free!).

What you will do? 🤔

    • Join our team as the first IT Support, growing our capacity to scale our company. You will be working closely with our People team, refining our onboarding processes, and will own the provisioning for new joiners.
    • You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues for our internal staff, triaging issues as they arise. You’ll escalate to the core engineering team as required, and will work closely with them. As the first person in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how this looks at Wayflyer.
    • For our Dublin office, you’ll ·manage and resolve all staff user issues related to hardware, peripherals, printers etc. You’ll provide remote support for our distributed team members and offices in London, Atlanta, Sydney etc.
    • You’ll manage the relationship with our hardware providers in multiple countries.
    • You’ll work with our partners to build our MDM (Jamf) and Identity Provider (OKTA) solutions. You’ll build and maintain relationships with these partners.
    • You’ll be flexible, helping out with ad hoc IT projects as they arise!

Why you? 🤓

    • You have 5+ years experience in this space.
    • You are security conscious.
    • You’ve a solid foundation in networking, WiFi setup etc.
    • You’re an expert in the Mac OS ecosystem.
    • You’ve plenty of experience with specifically Google Workspaces and more generally IDP systems.
    • You’ve experience in rolling out and managing hardware for distributed teams.
    • Ideally you’ll have worked with both Jamf and OKTA.
    • You are people focused and patient.
