The Global Mobility Relocation team is seeking an International Global Mobility Relocation Lead, EMEA & APAC, to lead our relocation programs across our EMEA and APAC regions. They will be an integral leader within Global Mobility, leading an experienced team of managers in EMEA & APAC and partnering across our Global Talent Mobility organization to deliver holistic people movement solutions. This is a new role on our team and is critical to our success during a time of significant growth for our company! The role will be based in our London office. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience scaling a relocation function at a high growth company and has led programs internationally (outside of the U.S.). You will ensure core principles and focus areas for the EMEA and APAC relocation teams are met, and you will be heavily focused on scaling key global partnerships to deliver our premium relocation experiences. You will play at all levels, partnering with key regional HR, Recruiting, and other people team and business managers as well as managing the results of employee and stakeholder queries, external partner queries, escalations, exceptions, technology, and continuous process improvements.
International Global Mobility Relocation Lead, EMEA & APAC Responsibilities
  • Scale and influence relationships across Recruiting, HRBPs, People Operations and other cross-functional teams to continually assess the relocation programs against business needs, feedback, and market trends to ensure teams and programs are scaled to support our growth.
  • Create exceptional people and partner experiences at scale by driving ongoing operational efficiencies, enhancing policies and processes, evolving programs for dynamic business needs and educating partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced managers within EMEA & APAC, providing timely feedback and cultivating an inclusive team and learning environment.
  • Provide coaching and consultations on the most complex and high-level matters
  • develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions, including overseeing management of regional exception requests and escalations.
  • Provide thoughtful, holistic, timely and reliable relocation program guidance to recruiters, HRBPs, business managers and other key internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary to Global Relocation leader.
  • As a member of the relocation leadership team, share leading practices, drive consistency and equity of global relocation programs.
  • Give input and guidance in the design, implementation and continual improvement of our relocation program, policies, standards, and processes across our Global Mobility team to deliver a premium, integrated mobility experience for all Meta people.
  • Partner with our Global Supply Chain leader to manage and up-level our mobility vendor partners in-region.
  • Ability to travel as needed, currently estimated between 0-10% of time.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years’ progressive experience in relocation programs
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team at a fast pace and highly collaborative environment
  • Previous experience leading relocation programs outside the US
  • Experience navigating complex relocation solution building, partnering with global competency leads and cross-functional teams in-region, all-the-while incorporating critical feedback from the business and cross-functional partners
  • Experience influencing at all levels and leading industry transforming practices across the relocation ecosystem and articulating global mobility relocation matters to leadership and/or stakeholders
  • Vendor management skills with a focus on accountability and building relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment, dealing with ambiguity, navigating through uncertain situations, and quickly adapting to change
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, international studies, or related area
  • Project management or business process improvement experience within HR/Recruiting
  • Experience leading research, user experience, or product growth projects
  • Consulting or professional services experience
  • Global Mobility or related credential(s) e.g., GMS, CPA, CRP, GPHR
