Do you see yourself working in a global environment with a passion to share your knowledge and experience in using HubSpot?

👋 Who are we?

Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empower veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in over 10,000 clinics and hospitals annually across 30+ countries with 17+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.

We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all ~400 employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)

Creating great products is at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a role that centers around Provet Cloud, our cloud-based veterinary practice management software (https://www.provet.cloud/). Provet Cloud is designed to help veterinary practitioners save time so they can devote more attention to caring for their patients and to make managing a veterinary practice more efficient and simpler. It offers features for appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, inventory management, billing, and communication within the veterinary team.

We’re now looking for a HubSpot Marketing and Sales Specialist to support our growth and join our Marketing team! Your main goal is to be our true HubSpot Specialist. In this role, you will be supporting people who may have questions about HubSpot and how it may work. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in managing a HubSpot portal.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to enhancing the efficiency and simplicity of veterinary practice management through Provet Cloud! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building and upkeep of marketing assets for use in marketing campaigns (ie. Emails, landing pages, simple workflows, forms, simple lists, blog posts)

  • Working with the Marketing managers to roll out campaigns using HubSpot tools

  • Working with the sales team to assist them when they have questions about deal records, contact management or any of the sales tools

  • Using the HubSpot reporting tools and understanding how they work.

  • Acting as an L1 HubSpot support – this would mean assisting the team with basic HubSpot questions by providing them with the right knowledge base articles/information needed for them to complete the task themselves. You will be supported also by the Commercial Operations Analyst with the requests.

  • Participating in marketing meetings with global teams to offer guidance in how campaigns and needs could be optimised using HubSpot tools available to them

  • Providing training when needed to team members who need help using HubSpot tools

  • Ensuring that data capture practices are being followed for good data hygiene

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company as part of their marketing function as HubSpot Specialist.

In addition, we humbly request that you have

  • Fluency in English

  • 2+ years HubSpot experience in HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service Hub.

  • HubSpot CMS knowledge (this is a plus)

  • An ability and eagerness to communicate with people in the organization to help them with their HubSpot needs and support them

  • A good, working internet connection

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Nordhealth operates in a rapidly changing healthcare field worldwide, and we are seeking colleagues who would be eager to be part of it.

In addition, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare

  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities

  • Talented colleagues from around the world
