About the position

We are looking for an HR Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources team and the entire Mira team. You should be a person of processes—extremely organized and attentive to detail. Your main responsibility will be to manage processes effectively, help the entire team find needed information, and keep them updated, ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations. Consistency and ownership of your work are crucial.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes – create checklists, prepare documents for signing, collect necessary documents
  • Communicate updates – keep the team updated about events and changes in the company, help team members find information and answer their inquiries
  • Policy and Procedure Management – ensure that company policies and procedures are up-to-date
  • Platform Access Management – manage access to various platforms and conduct monthly audits of the platforms
  • HRM Platform Maintenance – update information in the HRM platform, including leaves, salary changes, employees’ personal info updates, etc.
  • Team Building – conduct team-building meetings
  • Meeting Preparation – assist with the preparation of team meetings, schedule calls, send notifications, and prepare presentations
  • Process Improvement – review and improve existing processes and policies
  • Conduct researches on different HR fields


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing teams is preferable
  • Experience working with HRMS and payment platforms
  • Capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
  • Proven ability to manage many processes and stay organized


The role is a remote position, starting part-time (4 hours/day) and transitioning to full-time (8 hours/day) within 1-1.5 months. It offers flexible working hours with occasional overlap with the US team.
