Your Mission:

  • Lead our sales team comprising setters, closers, and the founder, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Ensure the adoption and consistent execution of a sales process to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to overachieve, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training as necessary.
  • Forecast sales performance, manage the pipeline, negotiate and close deals with potential clients, and maintain key partner relationships.
  • Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in sales processes & strategies, and drive a culture of high performance and accountability within the sales team.
  • Deeply understand the agency space and marketing to ensure the sales department has the correct number and quality of leads and prospects in the pipeline at all times.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership with a deep understanding of sales in the agency space.
  • Highly trained in CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and experience as a closer/key account manager.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets and building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry, selling to enterprise customers, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and hiring setters and closers to build out your team.
  • Proficiency in OKRs management.
