Overview
Plexus have partnered with a pioneering name in DeFi that’s looking to reinvent the interest rates in the blockchain space. Catching the attention of Coinbase, Uniswap and other recognised names in the space, this project and their elite team is set to become a leading protocol in the space.
We are looking for a driven Head of Operations, who’s excited about the opportunity to positively impact the lives of billions of people around the world.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a financial or crypto background, having worked in a senior operational role. You will also need to be hungry, driven and execute with speed and precision. This will report directly into the CEO and be a Senior member of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Help improve the operational efficiency to enable seamless growth in a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory environment. This spans across process improvement to people.
- Regulatory Engagement: support engagement with regulators in various jurisdictions around the world.
- Global Operations: support/enable the business to operate in multiple jurisdictions around the world and in doing so ensure they have a global impact through their work.
- DAO Governance: Support the DAO governance processes and ensure it works seamlessly alongside their entity and operations.
- Finance: Manage finances, supporting with financial modelling, banking partner set up, payroll, etc.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a directly transferable role.
- Experience leading the delivery of operational aspects of an organisations structure.
- You need to have experience with setting up regulated activities and working with regulators.
- Experience engaging with and managing external advisors (e.g. Lawyers).
- A general skill set, allowing you to pick up and deliver on a wide range of different activities.
- Exceptional academics and/or track record through your career to date.
- Clear, concise communication with great attention to detail.
- Experience at a regulated financial institution or have worked in Crypto space that has scaled globally.
