About the Role

As the leader of our EMEA’s Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and driving high impact marketing plans that help create and accelerate demand. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, working closely with sales, partners and global marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive results. We are looking for a leader who can partner effectively with regional leadership, in alignment with company priorities, to develop quarterly marketing plans across all channels.

At a Glance

  • Introduce and test new programs and marketing strategies to drive pipeline and demand generation with key segments (Including on and offline tactics).
  • Collaborate strategically against key indicators, including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, quarterly and annual planning, process definition, and marketing systems and data.
  • Understand the global PR strategy and support the regional management of PR agencies including rapid response and local thought leadership.
  • Serve as the key contact for all marketing planning and budgeting activities for the Sales teams, as well as coordinating closely with functional leaders in corporate teams.
  • Lead and inspire an impactful and diverse regional marketing team across EMEA.
  • Work with key strategic channel partners to help drive demand and pipeline.
  • Design and launch scalable programs across the EMEA to generate revenue, foster engagement to position Vectra as a cybersecurity leader.

What Will Impress Us

  • Solid and demonstrated past experience in enterprise software, security or cloud experience desired.
  • Deep familiarity with the European enterprise B-to-B software market.
  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing.
  • B.A. or M.A. or MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Outstanding communication to present to a wide range of internal and external audiences across all levels.
