The position’s main purpose is to design, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that generate demand, leads, and revenue working closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align efforts and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and oversee the Demand Generation function within GMS.
  • Lead and mentor a team of geographically dispersed marketing professionals.
  • Undertake team management activities, including objective setting, defining roles and responsibilities, project management, and reporting.
  • Formulate a comprehensive Demand Generation strategy, including an execution plan aligned with business objectives and the overall Marketing Strategy.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns, nurturing activities, and ABM programs that directly support lead, pipeline, and revenue growth objectives.
  • With the input of the Product Marketing and Communications teams define and create engaging, multi-format content to support full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Provide the business and wider Marketing team with reports and dashboards highlighting performance against agreed KPIs, gaps or issues and opportunities to optimize activities.
  • Ensure effective, repeatable processes are in place to support the efficient operation of the Demand Generation team and the cross functional collaboration required to deliver campaigns and initiatives.
  • Formulate a budget for demand-generation activities.
  • Supervise the end-to-end lead management process coordinating the sales teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of  GMS websites and ensure the configuration settings necessary for the effective execution of demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party agencies, developers, freelancers ensuring campaigns and initiatives are completed on time, on budget and deliver the required outcomes.


What we expect:

  • Experience in an international demand generation leadership role, preferably in B2B enterprise software or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable success delivering integrated demand generation programs leveraging earned (SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, social), and owned (web, webinar, podcast) channels.
  • Experience of developing and leading ABM programs.
  • Examples of how you have delivered measurable demand generation results in prior roles will have a higher weight.
  • Experience of developing and optimizing Websites (including SEO, CRO).
  • A data-driven marketeer comfortable analyzing and interpreting data from a range of sources to guide decisions and optimize activities.
  • Computer literacy: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Miro and project management software.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
  • Commercially aware and used to engaging and partnering with Sales/GTM leadership to achieve business growth objectives.
  • A proven team leader with experience of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
  • Extensive experience in marketing technology and automation systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo etc.
  • Ability to plan, allocate and manage marketing budgets to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
