As our new Head of Country, you will:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on company scaling, as you will lead the delivery of the company strategy in France. Get ready to engage, motivate and inspire people around you and be the key person to the market’s growth and success!

Get ready to:

  • Take ownership of the business success in France and act like the business is yours. You will lead kevin. growth strategy and business operation for the French market.
  • Design efficient go-to-market strategy and other initiatives to drive revenue and demand growth.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to build and mentor a diverse team with the capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives.
  • Analyze your country’s key metrics and come up with strategies that are backed by data.
  • Together with CMO build the company’s brand strategy in the country and lead marketing in advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • Continuously work on improving the customer excellence in your national market.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify ways to grow in the market.

What you need to be successful:

  • Native/Bilingual speaker of French language (speaking and writing) and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in Country Manager/CEO or a similar role.
  • Experience with the development and implementation of a successful strategy for a country business.
  • Proven track record of reaching high sales targets across diverse stages of growth.
  • Solid knowledge of the French Finance market and competitors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information to create data-supported sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of API based products.
  • Capability to engage, motivate and inspire people around you. You are excited about seeing your team grow and always ready to support them.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced fintech start-up is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is 90000-130000 Eur (Gross) per year depending on your experience.
