In this role, your main responsibility is to lead and drive product-led growth. You would work at the intersection of business, marketing, customer success, and product development. This collaborative environment is focused on figuring out what is making customers fall in love with the product while driving growth.

Your Ownership:

  • Work closely with early-stage founders to understand their vision, business, and product objectives, to understand their growth goals, and work toward them
  • Work with cross-functional collaborators, such as product designers, marketers, customer success, and engineers to validate product ideas through a set of product growth frameworks and methods selected for each client respectively
  • Own the growth funnel
  • Use your marketing strategies and tactics skills to promote the product to the right audience. This includes identifying target customer segments, and choosing the most effective channels for distribution.
  • Conduct research and developing experiments (e.g. defining and understanding proto-personas, customer journeys, and customer interviews)
  • Translate customer insights into prioritized product ideas or experiments to be tested on the market and with customers
  • Synthesize data to make strategic evidence-based recommendations founded on data, market, and customer needs
  • Facilitate and actively collaborate in the development of business models, go2market plans, and early-traction tactics for products to be launched in collaboration with our clients, the product team, and other experts (e.g. marketing)

  • 3 years of proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related role (previous work with growth frameworks and knowledge of tools such as  Analytics tools, CRM software, and email marketing tools)
  • Experience and understanding of startup environments and product development
  • A track record of launching consumer-facing digital products and services (B2B or B2C)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across the business and clients
  • Know how to define the initiatives that will drive the most significant business impact and have the passion to move the needle of product growth
  • Ability to design and run various ideation workshops
  • General understanding of the technical and design aspects of digital product development with the ability to work closely with technical engineers and  designers to get the best out of them
  • Articulate and demonstrate the recommended changes and the reasoning behind them,  backing up your arguments with evidence
  • A willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels with fluency in English
