The cloud-based e-learning platform offers tailor-made solutions, from creating whole e-learning websites to author online courses as well as providing the right tools to sell them on a B2B/B2C function. Today, LearnWorlds has c.9000 customers in more than 140 countries and our team is fully remote. However, we also offer the option of working from the office for those who want to mix things up. We have offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol.

About the role

We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join us at LearnWorlds. Your role as a Growth Marketing Manager is to plan, execute, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns that support our business objectives from acquisition to conversion.

You will be responsible for overall campaign management and growth marketing tactics, including market research, target audience segmentation, content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance, and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.

You will also be able to work with a diverse and talented team, leverage cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies, and contribute to developing impactful, audience-focused marketing campaigns.

We operate in a tribe structure, where you’ll join a dynamic team of 4-6 marketing professionals including, Campaign Managers, a Content Marketing Manager, and a Product Marketing Manager. This cross-functional team environment fosters a strong sense of shared purpose and allows you to learn from diverse skillsets. This tribe approach cultivates a collaborative environment where you’ll work on an end-to-end funnel approach and achieve business goals as a united force. Your tribe team lead will be your guide and mentor, providing support and direction throughout your journey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing plans, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of multi-channel campaigns across performance marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, sponsorships, and more.
  • Collaborate on integrated competitive, affiliate, and partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys.
  • Manage third-party vendors for media buying, sponsorships, and events.
  • Own campaign results, providing ongoing reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze market research, customer insights, and data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Track industry trends, competition, and customer insights to transform findings into compelling business cases and testimonials.
  • Use marketing automation tools and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
  • Work with other Marketing teams such as Product Marketing and Demand Generation to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Creative, Sales, Customer Success, as well as with external agencies to produce and optimize campaigns.
  • Document processes for transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or related marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and growth hacking.
  • Excellent English communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the e-learning or educational technology industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform analysis.
