Growth Advisor (Sales & Marketing Rep)

At Skale, we do one thing and one thing only – Performance SaaS SEO. As a member of the Revenue Growth team, you’ll have an important role in supporting revenue growth across the entire acquisition cycle.

What does an average week look like?
- Lead qualification based on ICPs and business requirements
- Sending out intro and call booking emails to prospects in the pipeline (we use Hubspot)
- Sending messages and emails to warm leads
- Running ICP analyses for leads.
- Managing deal flow in our CRM.
- Reporting on deal status to management via weekly meetings.
- Report and work closely with Manager (Co-founder) to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Support Manager (Co-founder) with demand generation campaigns/activities working with different team members, like:
- Work with our website dev agency to implement marketing-focused projects (case studies, CTA, new copy, new sections, service pages, etc.).
- Work with our Content Lead to streamline lead generation and thought leadership content.
- Support our freelance PPC consultant to execute and report back on our paid marketing strategy.
- work with our Outreach Manager to enhance content distribution to relevant ICPs and channels.
- Work with our SEO team to scale our SEO channel.
What do we expect from you?
- You’re based in Europe.
- You have a mid-level of SEO and Demand Generation knowledge.
- Sales experience is not necessary, but you must clearly communicate via Zoom calls and be interested in a consultancy-sales approach + Account-Based Marketing growth.
- Excellent consulting skills and ability to communicate strategy with executives at any level.
- Experience using Hubspot or other CRM software to achieve your goals.
- You’re performance-driven.
Bonus points if:
- Have previous agency/business development experience.
- You have experience working on B2B/SaaS industry.
- Understand SaaS basics (MRR, churn, ARPA, and LTV don’t sound alien to you).
- You understand other areas of digital marketing: PPC, CRO, copywriting, email marketing, etc.
- 100% remote position, sell from your beach house.
