Objective

  • To deliver high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and appeal to the enterprise target audience
  • To provide flexible, on-demand design support

KPI

  • Deliver high-quality design work on a per-task basis
  • Maintain and develop the Neurons Lab brand in an organized and scalable way
  • Present design work and revisions in a timely manner
  • Incorporate feedback from the team and iterate designs accordingly

Areas of Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal team to understand project goals and requirements for design
  • Develop creative, enterprise-style design concepts and layouts for various projects (presentations, diagrams, social media etc)
  • Be the “brand-owner” from the graphic design perspective to document and advise team members on the correct use of the brand
  • Ensure final designs meet brand guidelines and design system requirements

Skills

  • Advanced in Figma
  • Knowledge of other tools such as Adobe After Effects, Canva
  • Feels confident following and developing brand guidelines
  • Able to balance the corporate enterprise style with the uniqueness of a modern brand

Experience

  • Formal training in graphic design (ideally a university degree)
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or for an agency whose end client is enterprise

Nice to have

  • Video editing
  • UX/UI
