As a recruiter, you’ll be part of a core People team recruiting across all of our business functions, including tech, product, sales & marketing, and operations. You’ll help shape processes, provide exceptional candidate experiences, and you will help build a truly global team!

You’re a recruiter who can work independently to fill roles fast in an organisation with an extremely high hiring bar. You can build strong relationships with hiring managers and run best-practice recruitment processes to make sure we’re effectively assessing and hiring the right people!

Requirements

Your role

We’re a Series A startup that has grown from 10 to 130 this year and we are continuing to scale incredibly fast in order to meet the demands of a rapidly growing market. What we need is a recruiter who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and hiring amazing people.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and in this position, you will find, target and approach and guide the best profiles and make Omnipresent stand out from the crowd, managing candidate and hiring manager expectations along the way.

You’ll source for candidates, conduct interviews, and move in sync with the wider People team (7 people). You will create an amazing candidate experience from the first contact through to offer and hire.

You are the sort of person that…

  • Has previously helped hyperscale a startup with an extremely high hiring bar.
  • Doesn’t get phased by massive demand from a number of internal stakeholders.
  • Can drive end-to-end recruitment life cycles for a variety of roles concurrently, from Account Executives to engineering leadership.
  • Is obsessed with hiring processes and constantly looks to make improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data you collect from all stakeholders in the process (candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, etc.).
  • Refuses to cut corners in a hiring process because you know that it will lead to substandard hires.
  • Is data driven.
  • Can close candidates against competing employers.
  • Is empathetic, emotionally intelligent, motivated, and passionate.
