At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 5 tribes, set up in a product-based organisation. Each tribe constitutes several cross-functional squads (product + engineering + design) and executes towards its own roadmap for customer and business impact.

User Acquisition tribe focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers

Moment of Truth tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract – claims included

New Business tribe focuses on launching new products, services and markets

User Life tribe maximises customer touchpoints by creating engagement opportunities. They are a home care partner guiding customers to the right solution

Core Insurance tribe owns all the products and features in order to support Luko’s Insurance activities, from regulation to tech

Your mission in the team:

Your mission is to lead People growth team efforts, and to offer the best employee experience with scalable processes and tools.

You will do it by,

  • Building, driving and optimizing in class HR processes, and animating them to ensure a smooth experience for all team members
  • Continuously ensuring our HR roadmap and strategy are well communicated and understood
  • Animating all People rituals & campaigns on a company scope, from onboarding to people management, or off-boarding if necessary
  • Making Luko one of the best learning company, by developing an ambitious training plan for our team members, in all countries
  • Making our performance management set-up optimized for scale, in terms of process, tool, and actions plans
  • Driving employees engagement tracking and concrete solutions to upgrade experience when needed
  • With the help of 2 HRBPs, coordinating our career growth & management initiative to grow and engage our talents (the team will grow from 180 to 350 employees in 2022).
  • Owning KPIs, results and the follow-up action plan on these key projects
  • Managing a growing team of +5 people specialists (HRBPs, HR generalists, office, and culture manager) by providing them coaching, ownership and empowerment

Who are you?

You have a background of at Least 5/7 years of experience as an HR generalist, and minimum one solid experience in team management

You have a good knowledge of core HR processes (onboarding, perf management, Learning&Dev, offboarding)

You are good at processing, modelizing, and automatizing campaigns and processes

You are well known for your solid communication skills, oral and written

You are resilient, open to change and adaptable

You have a good knowledge of the main HR tools and best practices of the tech market. It comes with a solid tech mindset, and tech culture.

Having already worked in a scaling french or European tech startup, with an international scope is a must-have for this role. 

You are perfectly fluent in english, french is a big plus.

Recruitment Process:

  • First screening call w/ someone from the People team
  • Hiring manager interview w/ Stella our VP People
  • Case study and case study debrief w/ different members of the team
  • Lukofit interview (behavioral & cultural) w/ Vladimir our Talent acquisition lead
  • Meet the team – this step is not part of the decision making process
  • Reference check and offer 🙂
