As a Full Cycle Sales Representative at Everest, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. Your role will encompass the entire sales process, from initial outreach through cold calls and other outbound methods to closing full cycle deals. You will be pivotal in expanding our client base, ensuring that our executive support services reach a wider audience, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential clients.
  • Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track all prospecting and sales activities.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

  • Engage prospects through compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Everest’s services to potential clients.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitments from clients.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and strategies.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Regularly update CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients.

Compensation:

Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 base with OTE of $60,000, and uncapped earnings potential
