Got a knack for numbers and spreadsheets? We’re looking for an assistant for our Finance Manager while we are implementing our new accounting system and setting up new routines and automations. Your role would be helping out in the day to day tasks, such as creating and paying invoices, helping out with running salaries and doing excel reports. We believe about 8 months in a 50% role would be enough time for her to set things up, but this might change down the line. As we are growing, the need for an assistant might become permanent.

For this role we would love to hire someone fresh out of university, or even still studying. We will give you the training needed. If you have education within admin and finance, that would be ideal, but not a requirement. As long as you get numbers and aren’t afraid of vast excel spreadsheets with various currencies.


  • Fluent in English, both written and orally

  • Any understanding of accounting and finance is a bonus

  • No work experience needed
