We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, is proficient in email marketing tools and platforms, and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills.

How you are going to make an impact 🛠

  • Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Work with the content team and designers to create persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action that supercharge  open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
  • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email preferences to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.
  • Monitor and maintain email deliverability, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and email marketing best practices.
  • Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to segment and analyse customer data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Monitor and manage the email marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fintech or Crypto sector
  • Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design and coding
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies
